Roster Sheet for all Managers.  Please Note: All rosters must be completely filled out before turning them into the League.  Any player that has signed the roster, but not turned in his league fees or provides a picture for the team roster page, will not be eiligible to play.

All minors under the age of 18 that wish to play in the FBL, must have a Parent/Guardian fill out and sign the standard Waiver/Release Form for Minors.
